Weapons at medieval armies - Weapons



-Swords: A sword is a long, edged piece of forged metal, used in many civilisations throughout the world, primarily as a cutting or thrusting weapon and occasionally for clubbing.

-Daggers: A dagger is a double-edged blade used for stabbing. Daggers often fulfill the role of a secondary defence weapon in close combat.

-Blunt hand weapon: They are weapons without edge and you use it for hitting.

-Polearms: They are long weapons for fighting at middle-large distance.

-Ranged weapons: there are weapons that usually have an arrow and you throw from a large distance.

-Siege weapons: They are weapons that they use for asalting castles

Cannons: Is a cannon or mortar for throwing heavy big stones balls.

Siege towers: A siege towers was used for gaining access to a castle, generally at the level of the battlements
