A music festival is a large event with musical acts performing one or more days. Many festivals take place over an entire weekend, and have a specific genre of music associated with them. Most of them are held outdoors, with stages across a large field or another space. Coachella, Benicassim and Glastonbury are examples of well-known music festivals.
